Pioneer Amusement Services Private Limited (A Company of Dolmen Group) is looking for Generator Operator. The incumbent shall also responsible for operating and maintaining power generation equipment to ensure consistent and reliable electrical power supply. This role involves monitoring generator performance, conducting routine inspections, and responding to alarms or issues as they arise.
Responsibilities:
1. Operate and control generators to produce required electrical power output.
2. Monitor generator performance, voltage levels, and frequency to ensure optimal operation.
3. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on generators and associated equipment.
4. Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve malfunctions promptly.
5. Maintain accurate records of operational activities, maintenance schedules, and repairs.
6. Coordinate with maintenance contractor OR local maintenance teams for major repairs and overhauls.
7. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working with high-voltage equipment.
8. Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in generator technology.
9. Must have a knowledge of electrical panel attached with Generators to operate.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma /D.A.E (Electrical) OR equivalent; technical certification in power generation is a plus.
· Proven experience in operating and maintaining generators or similar power equipment.
· Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and safety precautions.
· Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
· Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency situations.
· Regular duty time is 2:00pm to 11:00pm
· Availability on EID Days or other gazetted holidays is MUST.

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
