Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit compelling project applications tailored to the requirements of each opportunity.
  • Craft and customize resumes to highlight relevant skills and experience for specific projects.

Online Profile Management:

  • Manage and update profiles on platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and others, ensuring accurate and compelling representation.
  • Monitor incoming messages, respond to inquiries, and engage with potential clients or employers.

Email Communication:

  • Monitor and manage email communications promptly, ensuring professional and effective correspondence with clients, collaborators, and stakeholders.
  • Handle inquiries, provide information, and establish communication channels as needed.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for acquired projects, aligning availability between clients and CEO.
  • Ensure that interview schedules are organized seamlessly, minimizing conflicts and ensuring efficient communication.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to understand project requirements and strategic goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Document Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of project applications, communications, and outcomes.
  • Update project-related documentation and reports for review and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project acquisition, online profile management, and coordination.
