We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our B-17 head office, Islamabad. The ideal candidate should include strong leadership skills, a proven track record in real estate sales, and the ability to mentor and inspire the sales team to exceed targets. The Sales Manager will manage the sales department, develop sales strategies, and ensure the successful execution of sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support their professional development.
  • Build a positive and cooperative work environment to enhance team cohesion and productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Set ambitious sales goals and establish action plans to achieve targets.
  • Monitor sales metrics, track performance against targets, and study sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential solutions.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and generate leads through various channels.
  • Continuously improve the sales process to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Identify blockages and implement solutions to enhance the overall sales workflow.
  • Organize sales training programs to equip the team with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry with a booming track record.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and legal requirements.
  • The results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales-related tools.
