Job Overview:
As an Accounts Officer at Twin City Diagnostics, you will be an integral part of our finance department, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts specific to healthcare finances.
- Process and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions related to diagnostic services.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with a focus on healthcare industry metrics.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial discrepancies and optimize processes.
- Stay current on healthcare accounting standards and contribute to the development of best practices within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Officer in the healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
