Position Overview:
As the Social Media Handler for Ottoman Jewels, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our brand presence across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. If you have a flair for social media strategy, content creation, and client engagement, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Curate and create engaging content for our Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn profiles to build and maintain a strong online presence.
Email Marketing: Plan and execute periodic email campaigns to keep our clients informed about the latest collections, promotions, and events.
Client Engagement: Foster a sense of community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Content Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics and content to support marketing initiatives, promotions, and brand storytelling.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing social media platforms, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
