InvoZone is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for its fast growing business.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze industry data to identify business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Create comprehensive business plans outlining short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and online research.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into potential business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales progress, and market trends.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.

Requirements:

  • Must have 5 years of Experience in hard-core selling Web and mobile app development
  • Must be aware, and familiar with end-to-end business development process i.e.Lead Generation, Appointment & Scheduling, Deal Management, Pipeline Management, Winning Deals etc.
  • Extremely hands-on with the best CRM practices
  • Understand the drill of negotiations, winning clients, giving presentations
  • Willing to work the Night Shift i.e. 6 AM to 3 PM EST
