Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in sales.
- BBA or MBA degree, with a preference for candidates with an MBA.
- Industry experience in chemical, petrochemicals, rubber, or carbon black.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Knowledge of the chemical industry and market trends.
