Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with selected candidates for required documentation.
- Assist in filling out recruitment packs for new hires.
- Compile and maintain daily attendance records.
- Manage and record employee leave requests.
- Ensure timely completion of EMF Gratuity DSR and cheque files.
- Enter information of newly hired staff into People-i system.
- Provide support for onboarding documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and employees.
Requirements:
- Qualification: BBA/MBA in HR
- Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience
