Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and develop web applications using PHP, MySQL, and other related technologies.
- Lead the development and implementation of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across our software products.
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient PHP code.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continually improving your skills and sharing your knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in PHP development, working with frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
- Strong expertise in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with database design and optimization using MySQL or other relational databases.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers is a plus.
