Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the showroom's sales activities, leading by example and motivating the sales team to achieve targets and exceed performance goals.
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and guide them through the selection process to find products that best suit their preferences and requirements.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range, including features, benefits, and pricing, to assist customers effectively and make persuasive sales presentations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, repeat business, and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Collaborate with the showroom management to develop sales strategies, promotional events, and marketing initiatives to drive showroom growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff, providing constructive feedback, and supporting their professional development.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a senior sales role within the retail industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, allowing you to guide customers in making the best choices for their needs.
- Results-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of interior design concepts and home furnishings is a plus but not mandatory.
- Comfortable with using computer systems and technology for sales transactions and inventory management.
