As a Technical Recruiter at Fresh Futures, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team by identifying and attracting exceptional technical talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.


Job Description
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing requirements.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage the interview process, coordinating with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Extend offers of employment and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
  • Help improve and streamline the recruitment process.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (HR certifications a plus).
  • Must have good English proficiency
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the [specific industry or tech stack].
  • Familiarity with technical roles and terminology.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
