- Interaction with customers, respond to their queries and facilitate them by providing the appropriate services.
- Managing all administrative and disciplinary matters of Freight.
- Dealing with International clients.
- Having good knowledge of Freight documentations and custom clearance
- Must be fluent in oral and written English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS-Office.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s/ Master’s
- Experience: 1 - 3 Years (Freight Forwarding)
