Position Title: Human Resource Executive (Female)
Experience: 2 -3 years proven experience in organizational development, technical HR operations, and talent acquisition.

1. Organizational Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a positive work culture.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational transitions.
2. Technical H.R Operations:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR needs related to technical operations.
- Manage and administer HR systems and processes, including payroll, benefits, and employee records.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
3. Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, select, and onboard top-tier candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive job analyses and create job descriptions aligned with organizational needs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate the selection process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 -3 years proven experience in organizational development, technical HR operations, and talent acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
