Recovery Officer Responsibilities:
- Reviewing the company Asset recovery lists.
- Plan course of action to recover owed bills & devices.
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills frequently or inactive devices.
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of recovery.
- Update account status and database regularly
- Handle customers' questions or complaints
- Build trust with customers and guide them regarding further processes as per policy.
- Identify gaps in the recovery systems practices and recommend solutions.
Keep record of assets recovered, and payments received and submit them to line manager on daily basis.

Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
