We are looking for outgoing, self-motivated and financially driven Call Center Agent (Urdu campaign) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure following Customer Service script provided by Company.Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain Records of conversations with Customer and analyze Data
- Upsell other Products whenever possible
Requirements:
