Job Title: Architect (Interior Fit-Out, Renovation, and Uplifting Works)

Job Summary:

Horizon Builders & Developers is seeking a highly experienced Site architect with expertise in interior fit-out works, renovation works, uplifting work, and other related construction activities. As a Site architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all site activities related to interior fit-out, renovation, uplifting work, and other construction activities, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards, within budget, and on time.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical support and guidance to the project team, ensuring compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that they deliver materials and services according to the project schedule, specifications, and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that their requirements and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, daily site reports, material schedules, and other related documents.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards on the construction site.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or B-Tech. in architecture.
• Candidates are required to have a minimum of 7 years of experience in interior fit-out, renovation, and uplifting work, with a demonstrated track record in architecture related to interior, fit-out, and renovation projects. Preference will be given to candidates whose experience is exclusively in interior work.
• Excellent technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Strong project management and supervisory skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in the use of project management software, AutoCAD, and other related software.
