o Title of the Job: - Customer Experience Executive– International Program

o Brief description of the job:

· Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.

· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.

· Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.

o Working Hours: 7 ,9 & 10 hour shift

o Requirements (Education):O/A Levels, Intermediate, Graduate, Masters

o No. of Vacancies: 35+

o Skills & Abilities:

Must be flexible to work in shifts

Excellent communication skills

Possess Knowledge of Call Centre Operations

o Age limit: 18 to 30

o Gender: Male & Female

o Job Type: Full-time

o Transport: Conveyance will be provided to females

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs30,000.00 per month
