Internship Overview:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic HR Associate Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration.

Timings will be from : 6.30pm to 3.30 am (Night shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards.
Screen resumes and support the initial stages of the recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.

Onboarding:Assist in preparing onboarding materials for new hires.
Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Employee Relations:Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Support HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture and communication.

General HR Administration:Assist in various HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Provide support in maintaining HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
