HR Manager (Remote & International US)


 

Job description

We are a multi-division US transportation company looking for an HR expert to manage the recruitment, payroll, and HR of the organization across all business lines and departments.

This is a remote position and the individual will be required to work US EST (New York).

Key Responsibilities

· Investigate HR and Employee Relations issues, including:

· Conducting investigation related interviews

· Drafting reports and proposing remedial action based on investigation findings

· Producing complete investigation documentation

· Analysing data from various reporting systems to ensure swift progress on cases

· Management of stakeholders as related to the case ensuring appropriate closure

· Independently manage assigned casework, bringing investigations to closure rapidly and definitively

· Design, collect, and analyse multiple levels of employee and stakeholder feedback

· Analyse aggregate casework data to identify issue trends and opportunities for Consult and collaborate with business partners, Corporate ER teams, Compliance and Legal teams on complex employee investigations

· Manage critical employee relations issues that are crisis-oriented to ensure successfully completion within limited time and SLAs

· Partner in analysis and revision of people programmes, policies, and practices. Capability to work with business to input into engagement or cultural plans to improve ER/IR situation and fix situation in the ER/IR hot spots.

· Help analyse, diagnose, design, and revise people programmes, policies, and Ability to manage ER/IR project at large scale and to be engaged in complex case resolution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
