Responsibilities:

- Create 1-2 static posts for all social media platforms using Canva
- Create and edit video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Manage and post content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Write engaging captions and find appropriate hashtags for each post
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct cold customer outreach on social media platforms
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute social media campaigns
- Give daily updates and show results
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Canva and video editing software
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and collaborate
- Sales and customer service experience is a plus
Salary:
- The salary range is between $50-100 monthly, depending on the candidate's skills and experience
- Commission on successful campaigns will be provided
